Summary

This project is mainly motivated by the yearly participation of IST at the French mobile robot contest Festival International des Sciences et Technologies, since 1995. The contest requires the construction of a robot capable of track following and beacon following, object capture and discrimination, track choice at multiple-path locations, and track recovery after a track interruption.
