In this paper we present two methods to navigate in virtual environ- ments displayed in a large display using gestures detected by a depth sensor. We describe the rationale behind the development of these methods and a user study to compare their usability performed with the collaboration of 17 partici- pants. The results suggest the users have a better performance and prefer one of them, while considering both as suitable and natural navigation methods.
