R&D Infrastructures

Collaborative Platforms that foster Technological Advancement

Our research activities involve developing mobile robots, underwater vehicles, humanoid robot sensors, camera networks, motion capture systems, gaze trackers, and much more.

But ISR | Lisboa is also home to several sophisticated computational facilities and research platforms – as well as operational infrastructuress – that are nation wide or even international inniciatives:

We participate in projects associated with infrastructures which have been selected to integrate the Portuguese Roadmap for Research Infrastructures. Either in development or under maintenance, these are funded by FCT and provide the national research community with access to cutting-edge equipment in strategic areas:

This European research testbed is  funded by EU projects. The main purpose of ISRoboNet@Home is to benchmark domestic robot functionalities and tasks in a domestic environment.
